Job Title: Law Firm Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
- Open new files, request and organize medical records and bills, and prepare demand packages.
- Schedule client appointments, coordinate treatment, and monitor case progression.
- Negotiate property damage claims and assist with settlement disbursements.
- Draft correspondence, prepare settlement statements, and review closing documents.
- Maintain detailed notes and updates in case management software, such as Filevine.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of pre-suit case management experience at a personal injury law firm.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the personal injury claim process.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with legal software systems; Filevine experience is a plus.
Salary Information:
- Compensation is $70,000 annually.
