Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager of Client Services is responsible for effectively managing assigned client relationships through efficient project management coordination and execution within the electronic discovery industry. Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the primary liaison with key client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship for assigned projects.
- Driving overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
- Collaborating with clients to establish best practices that meet their needs and address any prioritization issues.
- Providing high-level consultative input to clients and staff, emphasizing advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews.
- Preparing project forecasts and work schedules for assigned projects and implementing those prepared by the Client Services Manager.
- Ensuring that client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy through routine communication with clients and internal partners.
- Managing and reporting to clients on project budget and financial status.
- Providing strategic and tactical guidance to deliver best practices for Client Services and cross-functionally within the eDiscovery business unit.
- Delivering proactive communication with clients and addressing or escalating client issues to the Client Services Manager.
- Maintaining an up-to-date record of the status of all projects being worked on.
- Providing substantive oversight to client-specific projects on a day-to-day basis.
- Demonstrating leadership to clients and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Serving as a team leader by assessing and developing employees through continuous training and mentoring.
- Instilling confidence with the client and serving as a primary public face of the company's high-quality service delivery offering.
- Assisting the Client Services Manager in evaluating team bandwidth and delegating tasks internally.
- Working with the Client Services Manager in assessing potential candidates and executing onboarding sessions.
- Participating in and taking ownership of regional and global initiatives as a representative for the regional location.
- Identifying areas for improvement in internal workflow and projects in a solution-oriented manner.

Education and Experience Information:
- A solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically resulting from at least 4 years of experience in project management positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills to motivate staff members and provide professional growth.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Oral and written communication skills that provide a strong and confident leadership presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet client requirements consistently.
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in project control from initial planning through final production, development of project plans, balancing client requirements, developing relationships, and timely review of financial and billing information to ensure deadlines are met.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required. A graduate degree such as a Juris Doctorate (JD) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $100, to $120, USD annually, and it may be eligible for an annual bonus. The specific salary will be determined based on several factors, including:

- Location-based market rate for the role.
- The candidate's abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interview.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
