Key Responsibilities:
- Join the Issues and Appeals practice group as a full-time associate
- Provide support to the Litigation team
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal briefs and other documents
- Work on appeals in federal or state appellate courts
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on cases

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two to four years of experience (class of 2023 – class of 2021)
- Appellate experience preferred
- Strong academic record
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Federal or state appellate court clerkship preferred
- Licensure in jurisdiction of application preferred, required within one year of joining the firm
