Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for the Litigation Department. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, and 5 years of experience preferred. Trial experience, mass tort/MDL experience, and Excel experience are a plus. Must have a working knowledge of filing documents (including via PACER/ECF); demonstrated experience in research and drafting; effective project management, planning, and organizational skills; effective communication (verbal and written) skills; strong ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities; flexibility in handling work assignments and proven attention-to-detail skills.
