Mail Clerk/Mail Handler
Job Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized mailroom environment, ensuring all items are stored properly.
- Assist with tracking and managing inventory of mailing supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of mail across departments.
- Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules and coordinate mail-related activities.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries related to mail services.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before mailing, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Education and Experience Information
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with calendar management and administrative tasks is beneficial.
- Experience in working at a law firm is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Salary Information
- Pay: - per hour
- Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
