Job Title:
Human Resources Intern

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets and coordinating orientation schedules
- Help maintain accurate HR databases, digital files, and confidential record-keeping systems
- Support the benefits team with administrative tasks, including assisting with wellness program initiatives
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including meeting coordination and filing
- Contribute to special projects across various HR functions
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of HR education or relevant experience
- High School Diploma required; current enrollment in or completion of HR-related degree program preferred

Salary Information:
The pay range for this internship is to per hour.

Other Compensation and Benefits:
Benefits include a Commuter Benefits Program for eligible employees. To receive the commuter benefit, employees will need to work three or more days in the office per week.

Additional Information:
An in-person presence is required for this position five days a week, Monday through Friday, with normal business hours. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, exceptional customer service and communication skills, strict confidentiality, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. The candidate should have outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on a positive employee experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and efficient time-management practices, demonstrated follow-through and commitment to project completion, absolute discretion with confidential and sensitive information, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, eagerness to learn and apply new HR concepts and best practices, professional proactivity and initiative in anticipating departmental needs, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
