Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leading technology, life sciences, and growth companies, as well as companies across various industries.
- Participate in a wide range of projects alongside attorneys within your practice group to gain a realistic view of practicing law at the law firm.
- Engage in significant client contact and receive ample training to prepare for a successful career as a junior associate.
- Develop professional relationships and insights into the legal field and the law firm’s culture through various social events and networking opportunities.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be current 2L law students (JD 2027).
- Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Salary Information:
- 2026 summer associate compensation will be competitive with comparable major law firms in the area.
- For reference, the 2025 summer associates were paid at a rate of $4,327 per week.
- Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in group medical insurance coverage.
