Job Title: Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Associates with case analysis and develop case strategy based on legal research.
- Prepare employment and family-based applications and petitions in accordance with case strategies developed with Associates and Partners.
- Draft submissions, pleadings, and presentations to be filed with immigration adjudication and enforcement agencies.
- Conduct original research on current and proposed regulations, case law, and enforcement procedures.
- Write memorandums on a wide range of immigration issues, including pro-bono matters.
Education and Experience Information:
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of or higher.
- Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in Immigration Law.
- Experience in Law Review, Law Journal, Immigration Clinic, and Moot Court is preferred.
- Must have successfully completed at least two years of law school by Summer 2026.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this role, considering factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure, and certifications, is estimated to be between $68, and $86,.
- Compensation decisions are dependent on the factors noted and are not typically at the top end of the range.
- Eligible to take advantage of benefits offerings, 401K, and paid time off plans.
Additional Information:
- The Summer Associate Program runs for approximately 10 weeks, starting May 27, 2026, and ending August 7, 2026.
