Paralegal - Sexual Abuse Survivor's Advocate The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, comfortable with client contact, excited to become substantively involved in helping to litigate claim's to resolution and posses's the excellent communication and writing skill's required in thi's fast-paced litigation environment. Many of these case's involve the sexual abuse of minors. A background of victim's right's or social work would be extremely helpful. Conduct phone meetings/interview's with client's regarding legal matter's (*please note that these matter's may be sensitive in nature). Ability to clearly and respectfully communicate with client's on the phone. Conduct basic research on background information provided in legal claims. Take accurate and detailed note's while assisting clients. Ability to accurately communicate clients' information to the legal team. Ability to remain flexible with job assignments, team placement and general responsibilitie's a's variou's project's arise. Ability to learn the firm''s case management database and to utilize it consistently and efficiently. Must have 2-3 year's experience working at a law firm. Remain professional with all employee's and clients. Willing to help coworker's with task's a's needed.
