Job Title: Litigation Of Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Join the litigation team focusing on legacy liability and receivership insurance recovery practice.
- Litigate insurance coverage disputes related to long-tail liability claims, including but not limited to asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and environmental damages.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide expert legal representation and advice in complex litigation matters.
- Engage in legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trial proceedings.
- Maintain a high standard of legal service while managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have 7-9 years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Demonstrated experience in handling insurance coverage disputes, particularly those related to long-tail liability claims such as asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and environmental damages.
- Active Bar membership is required, allowing the candidate to practice law in one of the specified locations: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, ., Miami, Dallas, Houston, or Los Angeles.

Salary Information:
- For positions in New York, California, and Washington, ., the salary range is between $225,000 to $435,000.
- The base salary or hourly wage will be determined during the interview process and will depend on various factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
- The final salary or hourly wage may be outside the stated range based on individual circumstances.
- In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits, such as 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits like vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
- Employment is "at-will," allowing the firm to modify base salary and other compensation or benefits at any time for reasons related to individual performance or market factors.
