Key Responsibilities: As a Tax Manager, you will advise clients on various tax services, oversee the calculation and analysis of tax strategies, develop and maintain client relationships, provide industry knowledge, stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law, and provide leadership and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff.
Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, with a preference for a Master of Tax degree. You should have a minimum of 4 years of related experience, preferably in a public accounting firm, and hold a CPA or Bar License. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of supervising and training experience, proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is also required.

Salary Information: While the typical pay range for this position is $104,000-$177,000 for California, actual pay may vary based on internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and geographic location among other factors.
