A well-established law firm located in Audubon, NJ, is actively seeking a driven and empathetic Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation practice. This position is ideal for a legal professional passionate about securing justice for injury victims through high-quality representation and hands-on case management. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment alongside a dedicated legal team, handling a dynamic caseload from intake through resolution.
Duties:
Manage a full docket of plaintiff-side personal injury cases independently
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare comprehensive case strategies
Handle client communications and guide them through each stage of the litigation process
Engage in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as needed
Coordinate with internal teams, including paralegals, investigators, and legal support staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records for each case handled
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and good standing
1 year of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred but not required)
Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (mandatory)
Skills:
Proficiency in legal writing and research
