Job Title: 2026 2L Summer Associate (Nationwide)

Job Responsibilities:
The Summer Associate Program at the law firm provides rising second-year law students with the opportunity to engage in a variety of legal tasks and gain firsthand experience in the legal field. Summer associates will:

- Work on numerous projects with different lawyers across various practice areas.
- Observe and, when possible, assist in trials, hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
- Participate in client meetings and closings.
- Undertake substantive and challenging work assignments, including Pro Bono matters.
- Receive mentoring from partners and associates.
- Engage in a collaborative work environment.
- Attend writing skills training sessions.
- Receive guidance and detailed feedback on work product.
- Network at various social events.
- Participate in interactive training workshops, including M&A and deposition skills.

The program is designed to provide a realistic view of practicing law and equip summer associates with the tools to take ownership of their careers.

Education and Experience Information:
Applicants for the 2L Summer Associate position must be rising second-year law students who will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. The law firm seeks students who demonstrate:

- Excellence in client service.
- The ability to be collaborative team members.

Preferred qualifications include outstanding academic credentials, superior writing skills, and membership in Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court.

Salary Information:
The expected salary wage for this position is $4,327 per week.
