Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorney in the preparation of court-filed documents.
- Type and prepare correspondence and other legal documents.
- Correspond with attorneys, clients, and other parties.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm deadlines, court dates, appointments, and meetings.
Education and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required.
- Knowledge of the legal field or court system is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
