Law Firm Seeking Experienced Immigration Paralegal - Remote/Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA

We are currently seeking a full-time Immigration Paralegal with at least three (3) years of experience in business immigration, including H-1B and L-1 visas. This position will be responsible for managing a full caseload of nonimmigrant and immigrant cases, serving as a direct contact for key clients, and coordinating with attorneys and legal assistants. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file USCIS filings and draft supporting legal letters for various visa petitions and applications
- Communicate with client HR and legal representatives regarding case preparation and status
- Liaise with government agencies such as USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor
- Analyze and organize documents and data for case preparation
- Assist attorneys with gathering evidence, preparing supporting documents, and complying with filing deadlines
- Manage client relationships for high-volume clients and complex projects under tight deadlines
- Conduct ongoing case tracking and management
Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of business immigration experience, including H-1B and L-1 visas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Immigration Case Management Software
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
