Position Summary:
- Oversee financial health and strategic growth of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a subsidiary of Vorys Law Firm
- Responsible for accounting, treasury, cash application, and financial systems management
- Develop and manage financial models, prepare financial statements, and conduct financial analysis
- Collaborate with executive leadership on annual budgets and long-term strategic plans
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership based on in-depth financial analysis
- Develop and track key SaaS business metrics
- Manage month-end close process and prepare consolidated financial statements
- Oversee implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools
- Serve as primary financial liaison between **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Vorys CFO, and applicable businesses
- Provide regular financial updates and analysis to executive leadership
- Share business metrics and financial performance with partners and board members

Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles and experience with SaaS finance
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting departments

- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and individuals with diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications, expert knowledge of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of database structure and setups
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in similar field, 2-3 years of high-level financial management experience preferred
- CPA or similar designation preferred
