Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a personal assistant by handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring that executives are prepared for meetings and events.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries.
- Assist in event planning by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing guest lists for corporate events or meetings.
- Ability to complete minor home projects.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within an office environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using office software applications (., Microsoft Office Suite) and phone systems.
- Experience with event planning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Salary Information:
