The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in employment law, with a background in general litigation. They should also have experience in employee handbooks and policies, wage and hour compliance, employer hiring guidance, and on-site employee training on harassment prevention. Experience in crisis response and risk management is a plus. The position is based in the Manchester, NH office with flexibility for a hybrid/remote work schedule.
