**Members Only**, an AmLaw 100 firm with 23 offices, is seeking a Healthcare Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Indianapolis. We are looking for a candidate with a mix of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience, including knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Experience with private equity transactions is a plus.

• 2-4 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience required
• Working knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute required
• Experience with private equity transactions preferred
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills required
• Indiana bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Indiana bar required
