Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Paralegal at the law firm is expected to provide administrative and specialized support to attorneys within the Litigation department. The essential duties of the Litigation Paralegal include:

- Proactively supporting attorneys by responding to requests with urgency and prioritizing work effectively.
- Utilizing eDiscovery software to manage and organize data for searching, review, and document production requests.
- Editing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant federal and state statutes and local rules.
- Demonstrating proficiency in litigation processes, including monitoring deadlines and managing cases proactively.
- Clearly communicating in a concise and professional manner.
- Filing documents electronically with the courts.
- Drafting legal documents and filings.
- Assisting in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Applying a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to daily tasks.
- Exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilizing strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Exercising sound judgment, including the ability to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Litigation Paralegal position are required to have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a law firm or legal setting.
- Formal paralegal training from an accredited college or an ABA-approved program, preferably a four-year degree program, or equivalent educational experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Relativity eDiscovery software.
- A proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
