Job Title: Banking and Financial Services Attorney (Payments)

Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for representing financial institutions in various matters related to depository, payments, and cash management. This includes preparing deposit account and cash management documentation. The attorney will need to manage multiple legal matters and issues simultaneously while being strategic and detail-oriented. Additionally, knowledge and experience in federal and state data security and data breach laws are preferred.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a senior associate with over four years of experience in the relevant legal areas. The candidate must possess superior academic credentials and must be admitted to practice law in New York.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $132,500 to $162,500.
