Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve in document preparation and production, calendar management, docketing, preparation for depositions, mediations, and trials. Will serve in preparation assistance with discovery responses and motions. Review and organization of client and opposing party documents and evidence. Scheduling depositions, IME s, medical outlines, and subpoenas. Communication with clients, management of documents, and maintenance of organized case files.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate. Must have 2+ years of defense litigation paralegal experience. Personal Injury practice area experience is essential. Experience with obtaining and summarizing medical and employment records, preparing subpoenas, processing discovery, and preparing for trial needed.
