Job Title: Manager - Caselaw Enhancements
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflows for digital and print delivery of caselaw content, ensuring editorial product quality, accuracy, timeliness, and cost management across a global caselaw portfolio.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to create new global caselaw content opportunities, consulting regularly with in-market teams to ensure content meets customer needs.
- Develop meaningful caselaw metrics in alignment with Global Editorial Operations targets.
- Execute on automation and drive adoption of global tools and systems delivery with a focus on innovative content management systems/architecture to streamline processes.
- Actively manage the budget to ensure targets are met, identifying and driving opportunities for savings. Engage in vendor management and contract negotiation to ensure value; work with Global Procurement as needed to specify effective processes and standards.
- Establish and monitor objectives by providing regular feedback, coaching, training, and talent development. Responsible for determining performance improvement opportunities and developing and executing course-correction plans.
Education and Experience Information:
- JD degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in law or geographic equivalent.
- 3+ years of people management experience preferred.
- Good process-orientation skills, including developing consistent processes and documenting best practices.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a team through organizational transformation/change.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative management style with the ability to lead cross-functional, team-based, deadline-intensive strategic initiatives and delivery.
- Business/commercial acumen with quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent organization/project planning, time management, change management experience across multiple functional groups and departments, and delegation and prioritization skills.
- Problem-solving experience, including identifying, researching, and coordinating resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues.
