The Legal Assistant – Site Contracts position is a full-time, office-based role in Cincinnati, Ohio with a leading clinical contract research organization (CRO). This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that are critical to the success of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in contracts or legal work, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Site Activation & Maintenance department by assisting with general contract administrative duties
- Collaborate with study teams and study centers to prepare final contract documentation
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents
- Maintain databases and project-specific status reports
- Other administrative tasks as needed to support successful contract negotiation and execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school degree, with an associates degree preferred
- Experience in contracts or legal work preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Willingness to work fully office-based
- Computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office
