Job Title: Director

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the investment community by conducting due diligence assignments that analyze policy and market factors impacting specific sub-sectors within the healthcare industry.
- Lead projects from start to finish, including project scoping, staffing decisions, and executing all research and analytics functions.
- Cultivate and utilize subject matter expertise to guide both qualitative and quantitative analyses aimed at addressing complex strategy and policy questions and issues.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across multiple projects, building and maintaining client relationships based on trust and expertise.
- Participate in healthcare practice strategy initiatives and assume a leadership role in practice improvement and engagement, including developing proposals and client pitches.
- Oversee and mentor junior consultants, ensuring timely delivery of accurate results, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development proactively.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as public health, business administration, public administration, public policy, health administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of ten years of substantive and related healthcare experience is necessary, with demonstrated subject matter expertise in evaluating policy and market factors within the context of investment due diligence activities.
- Expertise in policy or programs related to value-based care, provider reimbursement, the pharmaceutical value chain, and/or healthcare IT is required.
- Experience in or a demonstrated understanding of the nuances that drive investment decisions for healthcare organizations is highly desired.
- Demonstrated client-facing project management, client relationship management, and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of contributing to high-impact projects, is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences are required, as well as confidence in facilitating meetings and presenting to groups.
- Candidates should be self-starters with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs is necessary.
- Strong analytic and research skills with the ability to conduct complex analyses addressing strategy and policy questions are required.
- Professional expertise with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is necessary.
- The ability to support business development, including developing relationships with new clients or significantly expanding existing relationships, is required.

Salary Information:
- Compensation is based on years of relevant experience and advanced degrees, ranging from $215,000 to $280,000.
