Job Title: Associate General Counsel

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
- Review corporate transactions including contract and lease reviews/negotiations.
- Consult with the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel to assess the merits of project and employment claims involving the company.
- Participate in business transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Engage in legal aspects of the company’s financing, assessing current and future business structures and legal entities.
- Advise on best practices in corporate governance, compliance issues, and regulatory matters.
- Contribute to the evaluation of the company’s insurance programs.
- Support the company’s pursuit of patents.

Education and Experience Information:
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in construction and transactional law is required.
- In-house counsel experience is strongly preferred, though relevant outside counsel experience will be considered.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
- Active bar membership is required.
- Candidates should possess excellent legal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Developed and professional interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- A working knowledge of Adobe software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $129,000 annually.
- A performance-based bonus is available each year.
