Are you a Mid-Level Associate with experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters? Are you looking for a new opportunity in the franchise and distribution practice? Greenberg Traurig, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Franchise Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in New Jersey.

As a Franchise Associate with Greenberg Traurig, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and complex matters. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters to provide legal counsel to clients
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex and challenging franchise and distribution matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and agreements
- Assist with business development efforts and participate in marketing and networking events

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters
- Franchise experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of maturity
- Proven ability to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
- Admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission

Salary and Benefits:
- Expected pay range: $200,000-$245,000 per year
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law
