Responsibilities:

- Handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Attend training programs and seminars outside of normal business hours

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in litigation and personal injury law
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Kentucky Bar License REQUIRED
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
