Law Firm Seeks Experienced Legal Billing Specialist

**Members Only** in Atlanta, GA is seeking a skilled Legal Billing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position requires knowledge of e-billing platforms and the ability to process manual invoices. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of three years billing experience in an insurance defense law firm.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all billing functions are performed in accordance with client guidelines
- Timely and accurate client billing, including routine and complex billing arrangements
- Maintain open communication with attorneys and legal assistants for billing issue resolution
- Review and assist with timekeeper and rate information on electronic vendor websites
- Handle client and attorney inquiries regarding billings
- Document and verify accurate billing data in all systems

Requirements:

- Aderant experience required, Bill Blast experience strongly preferred
- Experience with electronic billing applications
- Understanding of complex billing guidelines and ability to analyze and track appeals and specialty billing situations
- High level of customer service
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
