- Maintaining accurate and detailed records in case management software.
- Providing excellent client service while upholding the firm’s reputation for compassion and integrity.
- Following up on leads to ensure prompt and consistent communication via phone, text, or email.
- Managing intake workflow across multiple platforms to ensure timely responses.
- Greeting clients.
- Scanning and labeling company mail.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Legal Intake & Client Liaison Specialist position should have prior experience in customer service, sales, or as a medical/legal receptionist. Essential qualifications include:
