The **Members Only**'s Office is currently seeking dedicated Assistant Attorney Generals to join their team and represent the State of Arizona in complex legal cases. With jurisdiction over a variety of legal matters, including consumer fraud, white collar crime, and civil rights laws, the AGO offers a diverse and challenging work environment for attorneys looking to make a difference in their community.
As an Assistant Attorney General, you will have the opportunity to provide legal advice, counsel, and representation for the State's interests. This may include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and appearing in court. You will also have the chance to work with a variety of law enforcement agencies and government organizations, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage high exposure cases.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have admission to, and good standing with, the Arizona State Bar. Varied experience in legal practice, especially in complex litigation, is preferred. The AGO also values candidates with a dedication to public service and a strong ethical code.
