Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.

- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents and correspondence using Google Suite.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Provide support to other departments as necessary, contributing to overall office management.
Education and Experience Information
- Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer literacy with strong knowledge of Google Suite applications.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in office management is a plus, enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
