Job Title: Manager Client Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional delivery of billing support to senior management, lawyers, and firm clients.
- Provide thought leadership in developing and implementing best practices in billing processes.
- Connect with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive results through innovation.
- Lead a team of billing specialists, ensuring alignment with the firm’s billing practices, policies, and procedures.
- Provide supervision, support, and guidance to direct reports.
- Ensure timely completion of work assignments meeting the expectations of internal and external clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with direct reports, provide coaching, training, and recognize areas for professional development.
- Provide training to ensure consistent application of billing processes and policies across the department.
- Onboard new team members, providing training and securing additional training as needed.
- Interact with clients, attorneys, and business professionals as a point of escalation for billing issues.
- Research and resolve billing issues, assist attorneys and billing team with invoice processing and collection.
- Escalate unresolved billing issues to senior management for resolution.
- Track team metrics to ensure service level requirements are met, analyze issues, and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain complex monthly reporting, reviewing data for accuracy.
- Participate in and support project management initiatives, including planning, development, and execution.
- Regularly meet with assigned team members, preparing agendas and tracking discussion items.
- Track and resolve tickets from the Accounting Service Desk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field is highly preferred.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years in a billing function in a law or professional services firm, with at least two years in a management or supervisory position.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems such as Elite and/or Aderant (Aderant experience strongly preferred).
- Advanced experience with e-Billing applications required.

Salary Information:
- The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $121,732 - $154,380 per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location.
- Compensation depends on factors such as experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
- A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).

- The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with remote and in-office work determined in coordination with the hiring manager.
