Responsibilities:

- Work with and manage the fund-side work for clients
- Offer specific and unique expertise in emerging companies and venture capital ecosystem
- Advise sponsors of all kinds on fund formation and regulatory matters
- Represent established, multi-billion AUM funds to emerging managers
- Assist in raising and deploying capital across the innovation ecosystem

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience in private fund formation and investment management
- Experience representing venture capital and growth equity funds
- Highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Bar membership to the state where practicing is required
