Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Technology Trainer to plan, develop, and deliver IT training courses and blended learning programs for all firm technology.
- The role is open to any US location in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and professional training to attorneys and staff on a variety of technology areas, including new hires, continuous development, and project-specific training.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on the firm's technology, using a variety of media.
- Develop and design training courses aligned with LTC4 Core Competencies and administer certifications.
- Create high-quality supporting materials such as workbooks, manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist with training needs analysis.
- Assist with firm-wide technology projects and provide floor support and coaching.
- Learn and test new technology systems and training materials for future projects or roll-outs.
- Develop eLearning courses and other online tools for global users.

Requirements:
- A degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
- Minimum 1 year of related training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience delivering remote training sessions in a law firm or professional services environment.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated total compensation range for this role is between $63,000 to $100,000.
- Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location.
