Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other highly motivated professionals in a collegial environment to promote personal and professional growth.
- Draft and prepare legal forms, pleadings, discovery, reports, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Analyze and summarize documents for legal proceedings.
- File legal documents in Federal and State Courts.
- Maintain a case docket and calendar to track the status of pending litigation.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain high productivity levels.
- Provide exceptional verbal and written communication, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
- Deliver great customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Use case management software and Microsoft Office proficiently.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly celebrations of achievements.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2+ years of civil litigation or labor law experience.
- Paralegal Certification, preferably ABA approved.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or comparable experience in a law office is required.
- Trial experience is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of State and Federal Codes of Civil Procedure is essential.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
