**Members Only** is seeking an experienced attorney to join their team as an Associate General Counsel in Corporate Compliance & Ethics. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring **Members Only**'s compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues in the technology, environmental health and safety, sustainability, and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement company-wide compliance programs and initiatives
- Advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters across the company
- Develop and communicate compliance policies, processes, and training
- Manage and conduct internal compliance investigations and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate compliance programs
- Manage a team of attorneys supporting various subject matter areas
- Undertake special projects and support other compliance initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- . with active membership in at least one state bar
- 8+ years of legal compliance experience in relevant subject matter areas
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and influencing their roadmaps
- Experience managing attorneys across a range of subject matter areas
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet ambitious targets
- Proven track record of driving projects forward and finding new solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior in-house experience with internet or technology companies and/or at a global law firm
Salary Information:
- $226,000/year to $304,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
- Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
