- Utilize time efficiently to best serve clients and colleagues, including regularly updating the Outlook calendar and reviewing pending intakes.
- Demonstrate mastery of the role within appropriate timeframes, meeting set benchmarks.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the firm's practice areas.
- Provide intellectual and emotional support to create a positive and healthy work environment.

Required Education, Experience and/or Certification

- College level education preferred.
- Experience and/or education in the legal field preferred.
- Experience in our firm's practice areas preferred.

Law Firm GG&F is seeking a highly motivated Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting consultations, and assessing potential claims.
