As a paralegal at Tricolor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Legal team. You will be responsible for managing contract processes, assisting with legal and compliance tasks, and performing legal research and tracking legislative changes. Paralegal Salary Information
Annual base salary: $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience

Paralegal Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment
Paralegal certificate a plus
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands
Experience handling sensitive information with discretion
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Paralegal Job Responsibilities
Manage contract processes and administration, including intake, records maintenance, database management, and renewals
Draft basic agreements under attorney supervision
Assist with projects, including drafting, reviewing, and transmitting legal correspondence and documents
Support due diligence and capital markets activities
Assist with litigation, investigations, and third-party disputes
Aid in licensing and permitting processes
Prepare materials for Board meetings
Manage insurance claims
Conduct legal research and track legislative changes
Oversee engagement, billing, and payments of outside counsel and other parties
Assist with other legal and compliance tasks as needed
