Are you a talented commercial healthcare transactions counsel? Do you have experience in drafting and negotiating large complex transactions, partnerships, and general commercial agreements? Are you knowledgeable about common issues in commercial transactions? If so, Amazon Health Services is looking for you to join their team as a Corporate Counsel.

As a Corporate Counsel at Amazon Health Services, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic commercial initiatives and partnerships that make Amazon One Medical unique. Your responsibilities will include providing legal counsel and transaction support, drafting and negotiating agreements, and advising clients on legal issues pertinent to various transactions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive progress and deliver timely, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented advice to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and transaction support to the Amazon One Medical Commercial team
- Coordinate and consult with Legal colleagues to provide clients with broadly scoped legal advice
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including enterprise sales, partnerships, and general commercial agreements
- Advise and educate clients on legal issues pertinent to various transactions
- Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional colleagues to obtain stakeholder input and alignment

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Healthcare regulatory experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay ranging from $138,500/year to $229,000/year.
