Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will oversee the opening of personal injury claims, including the management of property damage claims and setting clients up with medical care. Coordinate with a legal assistant to ensure the timely collection of medical records. Oversee the handling of a file up through the submittal of a demand letter. Confirm subrogation liens. Negotiate reductions of medical bills. Extensively communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Must be comfortable managing a caseload of 150+ personal injury matters at various points of processing. Must be comfortable using Clio, our case management system. Must have some experience with personal injury law specifically. Strongly prefer Spanish fluency.
