Job Responsibilities:
- Serve in a confidential capacity under direct supervision.
- Research legal questions and issues.
- Prepare cases for administrative proceedings and litigation in the courts.
- Provide legal research and advocacy services in the Mental Hygiene Legal Services, attorney disciplinary committees, 18B panel administration, or other such units.
- Assign research and supervise the preparation of cases.
- Present cases before administrative tribunals and trial courts.
- Draft correspondence related to case inquiries.
- Research and analyze complex legal questions and issues.
- Interview litigants, witnesses, and other parties involved in administrative and judicial proceedings.

- Base Salary: $84,659
- Additional Location Pay: $4,920
