Job Responsibilities

- Directly responsible for performing quality control reviews where needed
- Review and respond to scorecards; elevate, troubleshoot, and/or coordinate remediation as necessary
- Act as primary author of department SOPs
- Monitor and track portfolio timeline and quality adherence
- Assist with reports/document development tickets as needed
- Serve as the primary handler/coordinator of alerts received from clients, ensuring full implementation
- Ensure appropriate and inclusive implementation of all updates/changes
- Act as primary liaison with department affiliates
- Conduct trainings and/or meetings to meet department quality standards/goals
- Provide initial boarding/training of new employees
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to achieve overall company goals
- Keep immediate superiors fully informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative actions
- Embody professional comradery, community, and communication
- Attend and participate in meetings with internal and external parties
- Perform any and all other duties assigned

Education and Experience Information

- 5+ years of creditor rights default law firm bankruptcy experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of servicer clientele expectations and bankruptcy operational procedures
- Knowledge across a wide array of systems, court and client nuances, bankruptcy forms, referral types, processes, and procedures
- Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Database management experience
- Ability to closely follow quality standards
- Ability to effectively train others
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others to meet business objectives
- Keen instincts and eye for detail
