Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial meetings with prospective new clients to help them understand the legal services available at the law firm.
- Show compassion for the stress and anxiety all potential clients feel when going through divorce, custody, probate, and estate planning.
- Act as an excellent, active listener who can clearly hear what potential clients say to discern their needs and goals.
- Once a client chooses to hire the firm, continue supporting new clients by providing attentive, excellent onboarding.
- Ensure engagement agreements are created and share firm procedures, expectations, and systems.
- Email all assigned team members at the start of the case.
- Follow up with clients at the end of their first week, and then a month into their matter, to ensure they have everything they need and provide additional resources that will help each client be successful.
- Remain in contact with potential clients who haven't yet made decisions about representation so that they understand the door is open to them when they are ready to move forward.
- Keep detailed records about consults to provide data-driven and constructive feedback to the owner and marketing department about the effectiveness of marketing and branding strategies.
- Offer possible suggestions for improvement based on direct experiences with clients.
- Ensure all client-focused work is done in support of and under the supervision of an attorney, without providing legal advice.

Education and Experience:

- Demonstrated record of success selling luxury, high-end, or professional services.
- Proven track record with, and strong interest in, consultative solution sales.
- Experience with any CRM, particularly reporting.
- Real-life experience to provide empathy for potential clients.
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus, but not required.

Salary Information:

- Compensation is $55K base with bonus opportunities.
