- Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of the client's application to the SEC for authorization to conduct an initial public offering.
- Research corporate voting dispute issues and attend public stockholder meetings where the research results are applied.
- Assist in preparing briefs for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and attend the oral arguments.
