Mentor Program
Saul Ewing's mentor program pairs each summer associate with an associate and a partner who will serve as a resource, provide guidance and offer an additional perspective on the firm. The mentor relationship is an important part of our summer program, and we believe it is a significant factor in the successful integration of our summer associates into the firm.
Compensation and Benefits
Saul Ewing is committed to providing competitive compensation and benefits to our summer associates. Our 2025 summer associates will be paid at a rate of $3,000 per week. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and generous paid time off.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for our Summer Associate Program, you must be a second-year law student with a strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and a demonstrated interest in the practice of law. We also value diversity and actively seek out candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
We also require that summer associates are able to work at least 10 weeks during the summer. This allows for a meaningful and immersive experience within our firm and ensures that our summer associates are able to fully participate in all aspects of our program.
