The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine commitment to client advocacy and a strong understanding of motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases. This role involves direct client engagement, case strategy development, and document preparation within a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Deliver legal advice and strategic guidance to individuals who have suffered personal injuries

  • Meet with clients to assess the merits of their claims and determine next steps

  • Draft and review legal documentation, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement proposals

  • Maintain thorough communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle

  • Research legal issues and stay updated on relevant legislation and case law

  • Cultivate client trust by providing clear, honest expectations and counsel

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies aimed at favorable resolutions

  • Support clients with the review and execution of legal agreements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal setting

  • 2-4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
  • Strong command of both state and federal civil procedure, including legal forms and filing protocols

  • Exceptional client service mindset and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs

  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not required

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

Skills:

  • Legal drafting and case analysis

  • Client consultation and advocacy

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation

  • Knowledge of personal injury law, including auto accidents and premises liability

  • Time management and organization
