The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar, and be capable of managing a docket of cases from intake through trial or settlement.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inspection through trial.
• Manage a full caseload independently.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and attend court hearings.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal memoranda.
• Collaborate with firm partners, paralegals, and staff on case strategy and client advocacy.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Experience in both state and federal courts preferred.
• Maritime law experience is a plus.
• Prior federal clerkship experience, law review, or graduation from a top-tier law school or national law firm is encouraged.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
