Job Title: Legal Administrative Support

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to Law Department colleagues, including rotation reception duties.
- Manage phone responsibilities and perform some reception duties.
- Handle electronic filing with the courts.
- Process both electronic and paper mail.
- Assist with supply orders and manage new file intake.
- Order and download records.
- Create documents and handle medical record procurement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.

Education and Experience Information:
- Office environment experience is highly desired.
- Legal experience is preferred but not required.
- A strong customer service background is required.
- Knowledge of legal and medical terminology, local and state rules regarding pleadings and pre-trial matters, deadlines, and filing requirements is a competitive advantage.
- Experience with medical records collection through subpoenas and/or authorizations is a competitive advantage.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills, prioritizing, decision making, multitasking, time management, and proactivity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data entry.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of a Case Management system is a competitive advantage.

Salary Information:
- Potential starting salary range: $47, - $52,.
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.
- The high end of the range is limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 9% of base salary.
