Are you an experienced Controller looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Greenspoon Marder, a leading law firm, is seeking a Controller to oversee the financial operations of our Firm in multiple office locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a company of equivalent size.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the activities of the accounting department for accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls for accounting operations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and create reports for Firm leadership
- Manage bank accounts and cash flow to ensure adequate funding for operations
- Prepare government filings and tax returns
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role at an equivalent sized company
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred but not required
- CPA preferred but not required

Salary:
Expected range of $135,000-$200,000, adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
